What This Extension Does

Yuki Second Brain Clipper lets you save web page titles and URLs as notes to your personal Yuki Content Hub account. It can optionally capture a screenshot of the current tab.

Data We Collect

• Authentication credentials: Your username and password are sent to our server to obtain a login token. The token is stored locally in your browser's extension storage. We never store your plaintext password on our server.
• Page title and URL: When you choose to clip a page, the title and URL of the current tab are sent to our server and saved as a note in your account.
• Screenshots (optional): If you check the "Include screenshot" option, a screenshot of the visible tab is captured and uploaded to your account.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your browsing history or activity.
• We do not collect data from pages you do not explicitly clip.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts.
• We do not collect personal information beyond your account login.

Where Data Is Stored

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage) under our account. Your login token is stored locally in Chrome's extension storage and is cleared when you sign out.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your clipped notes are only accessible to you through your authenticated account.

Data Retention

Your notes and screenshots are retained until you delete them. Login rate-limiting records (IP-based) automatically expire after 15 minutes.

Your Rights

You can delete any note or screenshot through the Yuki Content Hub app. You can sign out of the extension at any time, which clears your local token. To request full account deletion, contact us.
